Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Install Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll lead a crew of 3–5 team members on landscape installation projects, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be actively involved in installs while guiding your crew day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–5 team members on landscape installation projects
• Oversee installation of plant material, sod, mulch, irrigation components, and basic hardscapes
• Read and execute landscape plans to ensure projects are completed correctly
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and hand tools
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety practices on-site
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• Crew Leader Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role within landscape installation
• Experience: Strong background in landscape installation (planting, sod, irrigation, etc.)
• Physical Ability: Able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred
